According to the American Psychological Association people are more productive on days where they exercise before work. The study also found that physically active employees were less likely to develop job burnout and depression.
Can’t fit a workout before work? Gym not open that early? No worries! Try moving throughout your workday by walking around the building, grounds or a nearby park/walk path. As long as you can fit in 20 minutes of activity three times a week, you will be improving your overall mental and physical health and increasing your work/life balance!
